After opening the first moonshine bar in the country, expanding it into a farm to table restaurant and opening a speakeasy, Shanna then took her knack for design and concept creation to contribute to the development of a variety of food and beverage restaurants/companies. With certification as an integrative health coach and desire to improve the world we live in, she is an advocate for a more conscious approach to what we choose to consume, how much we waste and to making that approach more accessible. She loves a Mezcal-ita made with agave, Freddie Mercury, and both the city of New Orleans and her hometown of London for their architecture, cultures and artistic inspiration.
A former successful musician; Richard discovered that his artistic inclinations served him well in the cocktail world. After 15 years of mixology experience and a position as a creative beverage director and consultant, he decided it was time to create a brand that provides accessible recipes and inspiration, unique concepts, and beverage menus to all events and consulting clients. He loves making and sipping Negroni’s, admiring vintage Jaguars, and David Bowie.
